Proxy list with same IP ... different ports!

I bought a list of proxies, the supplier gave me a list of 10,000 proxies in this format (IP:PORT). The problem is that they all share the same 2 IPs that repeat in each line, only different ports. Like this:
IP1:2344
IP1:3445
IP2:8045
IP1:9454
IP2:2451

Sharing the same 2 IPs made me think, have I been scammed? I bought the 10K proxies to have 10K different IPs. But I only got 2 IPs repeating all over the list, or, does maybe the different ports change something and still I can use different ports to visit the same website without getting myself banned.

Had this happen to me. You've been scammed. Sites don't care about the ports.

Probably back-connect, each port leads to a different proxy.

check if they are rotating or static and then go to what is my ip sites with diff ports and see if these are diff ips
 
you mean something like this. example...a ton of ports but 1 ip garbage

I think that you purchased Ipv6 proxies, then each port should be a unique IP. Ipv6 proxies' IP adresses are a bit different, 37.187.133.177 this is actually not the IP that the websites see, the IPv6 adress will look
Example:
2001:0000:4136:e378:
8000:63bf:3fff:fdd2
To find out that each your proxy has a different IP you need to connect your proxy to the browser and check your IP on web checkers like whatismyipaddress, and you will see that each your port has different IP (apparently from the same subnet, but still they should be different)
 
It depends on the proxy type, if it's backconnect/rotating proxies, you haven't been scammed, best way to test this is going to test some of those proxies out manually, if the IP is always the same then you've been scammed.
