Proxy List with locations?

Hello,

I'm looking for a membership or free proxy list site that shows where the proxy's are located too. For example, Houston, Tx proxy/ip needed for Houston related marketing campaigns. Anyone know of anything like this? Yes I know there are services on bhw selling proxies. I cannot find anything about being able to sign up (say 10 private proxies a month), and being able to switch out locations across the US.

I feel like your intent is to make me look like an idiot rather then helping members seeking this information, so pat yourself on the back for pointing out my mistake then jacking the thread too. My main question was regarding buying proxies by location. Forget about switching them, you misinterpreted me (I was really only talking about buying 10 at a time each with a different location). I've never even heard of being able to switch out proxies once you buy them. Just looking for an answer to location specific proxies.
 
If you have a list of proxies you can copy-paste them on checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/ and check. Not only it checks if a proxy is still alive but also shows its location.
 
Get dedicated private proxy not the free lists it's not good for your purpose.
