proxy list or residential proxy pool

Hi all, I register accounts of a particular service in large quantities and I am looking for proxy services that provide access to proxy lists or proxy services, with pay per traffic with a price up to $ 3 per gigabyte with sticky proxies. I have tried many services which are represented at forum in section on sale of proxies, but almost all variants do not suit me, either because of high price, or because of bad quality (too low speed of connection or captcha). Can you recommend me a proxy to register accounts? For me the best solution would be proxy list services with subscription fee, but also proxy services with traffic fee and price not more than 3$/Gb with satisfactory quality would be good for me. My top choices,

Why don’t you try creating your own 4G/5G mobile proxy by using compatible software or Hardware or combination of both (There are sellers out there)? I think depending on your requirement and usage this may turn out cheaper in long run compared to pay per traffic model.

May be you can talk to such companies out there and come up with best deal and even you can get free trial of their service to see if it works for you or not.
