Proxy issue on iphone

Hi, I wanted to use my old iphone 4, ios7 just to connect manually from time to time to my bot account. I wanted to configure proxy on that iphone because I use the same wifi to connect to my normal account.
However when I set up the proxy, I'm getting the message of no internet connection (the device is connected to wifi).

Do you have any idea what may be going on / how could I solve it?
I tried reseting network settings but it didn't work.
