proxy is better or vpn is better?

if the proxy is dedicated then the proxy is best , but if you need for privacy then use vpn

The proxy can operate as a content filter so that the user isn't accessing certain content.

It can also operate as a cache. The proxy can pull commonly accessed websites and store the data helping with the end user experience.

A VPN is just another kind of proxy essentially. You're creating an encrypted tunnel from the VPN server to your computer.

It depends on your use case and how badly you want to hide your ass. For me, RDP is better.
Would you mind telling me a good RDP provider? It has to be completely clean never used before and a reliable source that can be consistent.

The choice between VPN and proxy largely depend on use-case. For monetisation, it's usually better to rely on mobile proxies since the residential IPs you get from them can't really be traced as coming from a proxy. Otherwise for casual browsing, a proxy might be overkill and a VPN is enough for it. Lots of other ways where one can be preferred over the other.

I love that kind of question - not because OP wants to know that, but because literally, every answer starts with "it depends" :D
I mean, it's true:

From my point of view:

Surfing, Little to Mid Anonymity: Paid VPNs like ExpressVPN, SurfShark, and PureVPN
High Anonymity: Paid VPN + Good Proxy (Residential, not Datacenter) - Check Anonymomity on www.whoer.net; or http://www.browserleaks.com
Very High Anonymity: Paid VPN + Very Good Proxy (Mobile 4G)
Stealth: VPN -> This step is crucial, since you don't want to "leak" your real IP to the RDP/VPS Provider - Connect to RDP/VPS + Socks5 Proxy

Best

It really depends on what you want to achieve

VPN is better depending on use case but go with a name brand VPN. There are some cheaper sketchy ones that are slow and drop often.
