Hi there,

I'm looking for a proxy to enable me to watch free television from Canada when I log into my sister's USA television sub.

Help is much appreciated

Use VPN or if you want to spent some money then buy private proxy

VPN is good but more costly try to contact the Private proxy provider they will do good for you

You can try to find on BHW marketplace OR see below and contact them they do too
