Proxy idea

Hi Bhw. First post.

I found a vps provider that does 1 ipv4 and 30 ipv6 for 6$ annually. I was thinking to set up a proxy server and make one major social account on a ipv6, create a web 2.0 using the ipv4 proxy and use the last 25~ ips for other things later. Is this a good plan?

Ok so I have done research and have found vps providers that provicde /64 subnet blocks to vps. Why don't more people do this?
