Proxy-Hub No Response in Days - Bad Support

    I have been waiting 5 days now for a reply to my support ticket. I need replacement for dead proxies that I haven't been able to use since submitting ticket.

    This isn't the first time support has taking long time to reply.

    Anyone else having trouble contacting support?

    Thanks. You mention in that thread that extremeboy is affiliate but I believe he is owner of proxyhub and he has been logging into BHW recently.

    I hope extremeboy is not ignoring these issues.

    generally they are spot on only recently have things been delayed maybe staffing issues duno

    probably they a short on staff because of the holidays. Saw the same bad response times on hosting providers/datacenters in this period. Almost the same thing as in the Christmas period
