Proxy-hub.com any replies from customer support lately?

Is anyone having problems with proxy-hub lately?

Their support is unresponsive for 2 days and I am unable to download the proxies for my second month of use of their service. I was very happy with my first month with them as the proxies were fast and never failed me but now I can not contact them in no way (email, ticket, skype) to resolve the issue with the proxies for the new month.

Edit: Everything got resolved, supported contacted me and compensated me for the lost days.
