Hi chaps/chappettes,
I'm officially a fresh out of confusion college graduate here when it comes to Instagram marketing.
I'm using a yet to be announced IG automation software (lucked out big time) and I've been pointing my attached accounts to my shopify store.
I had connected my own personal (very aged) accounts to the software but needed more accounts. I bought some from accsmarket. A few authentication loops later and the first 3 were up and running and connected fine.
Since then, I've bought around 10 more. All either stuck in the verification loop, or if they got through, won't connect to the software I'm using with "checkpoint_required".
I reverted to making my own accounts again. Up until this point I haven't used a proxy. I did try using a VPN but whatever I did, was getting hit with API parse errors. It's clear I now need to use dedicated proxies.
Is it simply a case of buying a single dedicated proxy per Instagram account? can I use more than one account per proxy?
I'm also currently using Flume, a desktop app to manage the accounts. I imagine if I use a browser proxy, I'll need to point the actual device to the same proxy when adding these accounts? It will start kicking up autheintication requests if I don't I'm guessing. If it's too sketchy, I guess I'll have to switch to a browser based account manager, recommendations would be highly appreciated.
