Does anyone know of a program that does this? I really dont wanna have to code it...

Thanks, I am also looking to acquire some Geo lPs. I downloaded proxyfire, but how do you set up MaxMind to work with proxyfire?

You could try this. http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country I integrated it into my proxy program i coded.. It's pretty accurate enough for being free. They also have a paid version.

I was interested in the GeoLite City... I need IPs from a certain metro area, being just from the USA is not enough. I just don't understand how to integrate this with proxyfire.
