Since my other thread has been somewhat ignored, I will make the question a bit easier.

What kind of proxy do I need for Utorrent? Any specific kind and where would I get one?

You can use VPN. It cost a bit more than a proxy, but it will do the job to hide your true ip.

Yes I am well aware of how much google is my friend.
Also, I already have peerblock as well.
Utorrent just has a place you can enter a proxy so I figured why not use one if I could. Just didn't what type of proxy I needed for that field. I already tried to google it as well but nothing concrete, I figured I'd rather ask you guys since you seem to be quite knowledgeable about proxies.
