Residential proxies should be good for Twitter, especially if it's a good ISP. Mobile proxies are even better but they are more expensive...

i got one provider by they change geolocation on each server call - one click and you are in miami then enw york - is this ok for twitter?

They are rotating residential proxies, you need to keep the same IP for as long as you’re logged in to a particular account so you need static residential proxies. Everything should look as if you were using your normal home IP address.
