best proxies i know for paypal are resdiential proxies, except you doing something related to bh or creating multiple accounts, a good solid residential proxy is all you need

Someone bought our 5g proxy for a day and tested for PayPal is that you? hehe
You are heading into the right direction with asking for the 'best' proxy for PayPal. However, what you are missing is what some people already hinted before. Proxy is just one part of the puzzle.
Proxy especially 5g mobile like ours is being used by 100s of people at the same time. Mobile proxies use CGNAT which means 1 IP you see when you visit whatsmyip.com you share with 100+ people. Mobile operators 'invented' this technology as there's not enough IPs and too many users. This is why many people say you could use multiple accounts on the same IP as long as its mobile.
I will only speak for mobile proxy here (as resi/dc would make it even a longer reply lol) - ultimately because so many people are using it on real apps, paypal or any other app won't ever block your proxy alone.
So as far as mobile proxies go, you will NOT get banned just because one proxy seller is bad or good. In the end of the day, a proxy seller is just a person who has a real sim card and forwards that access to you.
So why does PayPal still ban your account? Creating a new account especially as 'important' one as PayPal they have many checks. You need to figure out your method and this can be very complicated.
- If Browser works, you're lucky. Anti-detect browsers like dolphy/gologin/adpower are your friends. You MUST match GEO to your proxy, spoof devices, spoof OS to match and many other fingerprints which they have access to need to match up.
- Maybe paypal does not allow browser reg, then you must rely on apps and phones. Much harder to spoof, won't even start but same higher level info applies.
- Phone number must match the country, email must be reputable think gmail only
- captcha must be solved in time with no errors (maybe?)
- need browsing history to look like a real person (maybe? can they see it?)
- there's so much more, you basically have to reverse their entire 'security' department job which they work 40h a week multiple people trying to prevent people like you from doing this.
If you have some experience, you have to eliminate each step and keep trying until something will work. If you have no experience and as you say a beginner - this means you should better off try to buy a method from someone who already has done the hard work to figure it out and just copy what they do.
Either way good luck, sorry for the long post, I wanted to shine some light on the acc creation process. I wish a good proxy would solve all the problems haha. If it would only be that easy!

I use Floppydata, proxy-seller, and proxy-cheap. Using theses proxies only with Gologin
