I think you need better proxy provider. Instagram or whatever social network you re working on might be blocking anything coming from those proxies ur using.

Your post probably gets published, but it's immediately deleted by IG cause of bad IP (proxy).
Try residential or 4g proxies.
Simple test that you can always do is put that same account on your home IP and publish post via Jarvee. See if post "sticks". If it does, then it's definitely proxy problem.
