Proxy for instagram bot

I am currently looking for a proxy for the instagram bot.

I tried to find a vendor from the link above, but I do not know what's okay.
I read the reviews of each company, but it makes me more confused.

Lately, IG is blocking liking through proxies, probably to stop engagement groups. If liking doesn't play big role and you want to focus on follow/unfollow features, posting, commenting, then go for highproxies (their IG proxies). They're decent.

Don't use more than 3 accounts per proxy.

' probably to stop engagement groups' I did not understand this.

I would like to use likes, follow, unfollow, and commenting mainly with instagram bots.
If you are using a proxy, can you tell me which proxy you are using?
