I know the 4G/Mobile Precise IP and city where the account was created and don’t know if I need a VPN or Proxy to not get banned since i am italian.
I am not expert about this stuff, I can’t login in cause I would get banne after 10 mins if I don’t do things correctly

Yes, you need a 4G/5G proxy located at that city from where you want to access the Marketplace of FB. You can easily learn how to configure a proxy, it's not that difficult. After connecting to the proxy, you will be good to go. You can search in the marketplace (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/) as many sellers have listed their services there.

Ok but I need to create a new account on my PC, cause the time I connect to my wifi I get the Italy IP not USA IP, I don’t know if Facebook notice this stuff what happens, or only if I log into Facebook they see my IP or also when I am searching other stuff than FB

facebook will look at your browser. if you are in Italy and want to access facebook like in the US, then in addition to the proxy you need to make sure your browser is brand new. for simplicity you need 3 things:
anti detect browser (go login, adspower, multilogin...)
mobile proxy or private proxy at US
facebook profile at US
