In my experience, Socks5 with a sticky IP always works better than other options. Make sure to use it with an antidetect browser to ensure you are 100% hidden.

have used socks5 on my fb for marketplace ads, but for some time now the ads on the marketplace have stopped appearing. in my account it shows that they are online but if I search for them I can't find them. I saw this because I no longer receive clicks on the ads. Do you think it's because of the proxy? I have several accounts and I have the same problem on all of them.

I tried mpp for Facebook theey sale data center proxy seems worse for fb , selfie verification, disabled accounts,….

You should choose SOCKS5 for the following reasons:

Faster speed – Reduces latency, ideal for automation or managing multiple accounts.
Better compatibility – Works smoothly with applications beyond just web browsing (e.g., proxy software for Facebook Ads).
However, if you only need the proxy for web browsing and don’t require strong anonymity, HTTP/S is also an option
