I'm with Proxy Hub and they have proxies that always work. Check them out. They're active on BHW as well.

If you're not doing anything that is against the law then someone knowing what ISP you use should make no difference at all. It's not like they can trace it back to your house or even the street you live on.

The thing is that I want to resell them since we develop apps where proxy is often needed. We are receiving hundreds of leads a day and lots of questions where to get proxy -- yet cannot direct to a good proxy provider.

You'll need SOCKS proxy for emailing. Try searching for them in the market place.

Add me on skype: nevo.iulian and i can hook you up with SMTP Socks proxies that are Spamhaus checked. We also have a feature that every 10 minutes each backconnect proxy port will get new ip assigned to it every 10 minutes. All of the ips assigned for SMTP mailing are spamhaus passed.
