• Human-Like Behavior: Introduce random intervals between actions. Real users don't click through profiles, swipe, or send messages at machine speed. The more human-like the behavior, the lower the chance of detection.
• Account Creation: If you're creating accounts via automation, use realistic user data and pictures. Fake-looking profiles or the use of celebrity photos can quickly lead to reports and bans.

What kind of proxies are you using? Assuming you have a high quality proxy, there are other reasons you'd get banned. If you are using a bot, have you taken measures to cicumvent bot-detection? Like spoofing User-Agent, canvas fingerprint, giving your bot human-like behavior as opposed to clicking through the site a hyper speed, etc?
