Hello, as you might know - Black Desert (MMORPG) is going to come out and my country is blocked.
I need a european IP, would you recommend me getting proxy or VPN?
private proxy or is shared one okay?

And also - can you recommend me a proxy provider that is good and not expensive that can sell 1 proxy?

In your case, a VPN would be better as you need only one IP that won't ever change

There's a million VPN providers out there. I wouldn't use HMA personally, especially not for speed or quality. You can go to the Proxies for Sale section here if you'd like, a lot of the providers also sell VPN's as well.
