I'm reg accounts Paypal, but every time I change my IP address, it asks for phone number verification. It's not as easy as before anymore.
I have hundreds of Paypal accounts, and it's easy to manage them. Previously, I used one virtual machine per account, but now I use management tools like Multilogin and Hidemyacc. Paypal can operate with any IP address; it links when logging in with the same IP and cookie. If you encounter phone verification due to a poor IP address, just make a call, and you can quickly log back in.

Simple PayPal account management. Multilogin and Hidemyacc initially managed one virtual machine per account. Paypal's IP address and cookie work. If your IP was inaccurate, call the verification number to unlock your account. Sadly, many bank accounts look like that. Income limits. PayPal regulars can spend unlimitedly.

No need to use VPN, paypal must use residential ip, now paypal is very sensitive to IP, not necessarily the same IP every time, but at least in the same area, and is the residential ip

As long as you set up your browser with tools like Multilogin for a proper fingerprint then you should be fine with proxies.
