I have a ready solution that allows me to work with 20 modems (SIM cards) at the same time.
I tested the solution in Poland and it works very well there.

I would like to test this solution in France, Spain or Italy.
At the moment, the biggest challenge for me is obtaining the cards.
Do you know people/or companies that deal with such a non-standard form of colocation in the given countries and are able to also provide cards for modems?

Regarding the requirements for the location of the equipment:
Dimensions approx. 40x40x20 cm
Power consumption: approx. 40–50W peak
No need for a public IP address
Internet speed: 100 Mbps is sufficient
Device type: desktop PC, not a rack-mounted server

Your setup sounds solid, and if it's working well in Poland, replicating it in France, Spain, or Italy is definitely doable. The key bottleneck will be securing local SIM cards with either unlimited or high-data caps, and ideally tolerating multi-modem rotation. Look into local telecom resellers or MVNOs,some B2B providers do offer bulk data SIMs for unconventional deployments. Just make sure the IPs are real mobile network ranges with dynamic rotation, as those are still the gold standard for reliability and trust on platforms like Meta.

Thanks for your opinion!
Do you know of any SIM card providers in any of these countries?

Finding a contact is the biggest challenge for me at the moment.

Are you looking for a mobile proxy provider directly based in those countries, or are you trying to find a way to buy SIM cards from local mobile operators there? What exactly do you need?

That's an interesting project working with 20 modems simultaneously. Testing in France Spain or Italy sounds like a logical next step. Sourcing the SIM cards is definitely a hurdle. While I don't have specific contacts for that exact type of colocation with SIM card provision I can suggest exploring local telecommunications providers in those countries. Many offer bulk SIM card packages for IoT solutions and might be open to a custom colocation agreement especially given your modest requirements. Look for smaller or regional providers; they might be more flexible than the big national players. Also check online forums and groups focused on mobile technology or IoT in those regions. You might find leads to companies specializing in similar setups.

I need a sim card from a local operator and a place where I can rent a place for my equipment and someone will take care of it, the Data Centre does not want to agree due to non-standard dimensions and the method of colocation itself
