Hey everyone I'm looking for proxies that will help me with my new reddit bot. I want to keep my ip anonymous and protect all the right info as I use my bot daily (propably will be running 24/7).

The bot dms users in a subreddit of my asking; a personal message I create. Is there a specific proxy I should be looking for? I would like to have many reddit accounts do this over time...

Would I need a proxy for each acct or just a few proxies that can use a couple accounts on it?

I have a the fundamental understanding of proxies but I am not sure where to turn to for this. Thanks in advance for any advice, input, and so on!

Best you go with mobile proxies or resi. You can ask for trials in the marketplace!

I really appreciate the response. Do you mind elaborating more on mobile proxies and resi? I am not educated enough on the topic. Thanks!

Mobile proxies relay your internet traffic through a 4G mobile device and a real cellular network. They are often expensive but have the highest trust score with all websites.

Residential proxies route your traffic through home broadband networks. Some of these are static, which means you get only one IP address per proxy, and some are rotating proxies - changing IP addresses every now and then.

If your goal is to manage accounts then both 4G proxies and rotating residential proxies will work good for you.
 
4G Mobile Proxies are the best because of their rotative nature. In fact, if you can find a 4G Proxy Provider that are offering Socks5 protocol, then you are all secured.

You can search the marketplace since many proxy providers have listed their services there. If you have customized requirements, then you can post in the "Want to Buy" section and someone would ping you up for sure.

Thank you for the answer. I will definitely look into these types of proxies. I am still a newbie so i cant go into the marketplace yet.. Oh well, any other recommendations to find trusted sellers?

thanks for ther response. I think I am going to go with residential.

I do have a question for ya. If i have 8 reddit accounts doing this at the same time (on one desktop) would one residential proxy be fine since it would be altering my computer to have a real IP elsewhere?

As I said I am unfamiliar with proxies and just making sure I am doing the right steps to stay anon
 
I think it would be better for you to use mobile proxy because you can’t change ip with residential proxy, also they are expensive.


When you use mobile proxy you will work in the first profile, close profile, change ip, work in second profile, close it, change ip, enter third profile and so on.

thanks, would i need rotating proxies or could i buy like 5 a month and use it that way? I am pretty unfamiliar how to go about this.

1 proxy is enough to work in multiply accounts successively, one account by one.

okay so one 4g proxy will be enough? even if i use like 7 accounts at once? or did you mean one per account when you said "one account by one". Thanks
 
I'd suggest you to work in one account after another. You work in the first account, finish work, change ip, then open the second account, work, close it, change ip, enter 3d account and so on.
