Good thread, lots of solid picks already (static residential/ISP for logged-in accounts, mobile for TikTok/IG, slow warmup, 1 IP = 1 profile). One thing that doesn't get enough attention here: most of what actually gets accounts flagged happens before the anti-detect browser fingerprint even matters — at the network layer.
A few checks that matter more than which brand of proxy you buy:
If you want to sanity-check any of this yourself instead of trusting a provider's landing page, there are a few DNS/proxy-detection checkers worth running a pool through before committing. Worth cross-checking a couple different tools rather than trusting just one, since they all weight signals differently.
For 50+ accounts across 5 platforms, I'd rather spend an hour validating the network layer per batch than find out three weeks into warmup that half the pool has a DNS mismatch.
A few checks that matter more than which brand of proxy you buy:
- DNS leak / resolver mismatch — if your traffic goes through a US residential IP but DNS queries resolve via a datacenter resolver (or your VPN/router's own DNS instead of a local ISP resolver), that mismatch alone is enough to flag the session on platforms that check for it.
- WebRTC leak — still the #1 way people accidentally expose their real IP behind a "clean" proxy, especially with AD browsers that don't fully sandbox it.
- TCP/TLS fingerprint vs declared OS/UA — as mentioned upthread, spoofing the user-agent to say Windows doesn't help if the underlying TCP stack/TLS handshake still fingerprints as Linux or a proxy gateway. Some mobile proxy providers handle OS-level TCP fingerprint spoofing properly, most don't — worth testing before committing a whole pool of accounts to one.
- ASN/ISP reputation vs geolocation match — a "residential" IP that actually resolves to a hosting ASN under the hood is worse than a slightly higher-fraud-score mobile IP that's genuinely clean carrier infra. The label on the provider's dashboard isn't always accurate.
