If i make multiple accounts on a website, and 3 days later start using proxies for them, how likely is it that theyl'll be linked?

Most websites, when registering accounts, will record the IP used when the account was registered. So even if you have the best proxies, you already created a link between your accounts.
Best thing to do is to create accounts via proxies to mitigate any connection between your accounts.

If you're managing accounts and don't want them associated with each other - use a proxy as soon, as you're creating the account.
