I've just learned there's been no new proxy made in years unless you make your own

Question:
Does this mean all new social IP gets recognized?
Should we improve manually?

No new proxy made in years?

What?
I've been told by a proxy provider, there's been no new proxies created since 2011

That makes no sense. Who told you that?
Is it acceptable by the rules to pm their name? I don't mean to mention someone as a shitlist unless needed

So when you make your own proxy, from where you will get IP? from Mars?
Nono bro, I mean - DC proxies aren't possible to be new & not available on the market

recently, i was looking into a VPN/Proxy to use while in china, and I was recommended to just host my own as china has gotten wise to many of the commercial proxies and vpns

Right, you wont get new proxy. But i think it is ok to use proxy unless those are not blacklisted
By blacklisted, this means I can click their black listed and see if my proxy is bad? (Or, shouldn't the supplier automatically ban this proxy from resale?)

So when you make your own proxy, from where you will get IP? from Mars?
I have tech people offering solutions locally

Although, if there is any 5G mars proxy please pm me as I'll pay over $10,000 for it

This thread is giving me a headache lol. A proxy is a server that acts as an intermediary for requests from clients seeking resources from other servers. Anyone can rent a VPS from any web host and turn it into a proxy server by installing software such as squid. If your vps or dedicated provider gives you 256 ips, then you can make 256 proxies out of it. Now the quality of these proxies will suck depending on your needs (Dont expect them to work for social media...etc). Then of course there are residential proxies (The home computer/server routes traffic through the cable modem as a proxy) and there are 4G mobile proxies....etc. Whoever said no proxies were made in the last few years needs to... nevermind.

Probably you are referring to new IP creation. I think IPv4 IPs have been allocated a long time ago. However, this doesn't mean that all IPs are in use. Some of them are allocated to datacenters and ISPs, but they aren't yet used.

But regarding proxy creation, you can create your own proxies, you can buy proxies freshly created. Because a proxy server is nothing more than a VPS server with dedicated software. The proxy's IP, on the other hand, might have been "created" a few years ago, and was allocated to you (or to a proxy provider) when you (or the proxy provider) bought it from the ISP.
