I love Proxifier but only now I figured it doesn't have UDP support apparently. Any equally handy and easy alternatives??? I've read about SStap by searching this forum but it seems to be a free software that hasn't been updated since 2017 apparently. So idk. Paid solutions are fine with me, reliability and ease of use matter more

proxycap supports UDP.
Do you know how to properly set it up so everything including windows goes through proxy and UDP works? I've done it like in this YT vid and checked UDP box, but still nothing.

Setting time automatically though Windows won't work (it goes through UDP, if I'm not mistaken) and in addition any site of the "check your IP" type won't fully load and I get a bunch of errors:

Are you sure your socks5 proxy is UDP capable?

The seller insistently says so, so it should
btw, I'm running it on VM/VirtualBox with bridged adapter. Not sure if it matters but that worked just fine with Proxifier

test the proxy in Linux with these tools . Unfortunately testing it with Windows+Proxycap+Browser introduces a very long chain with many links where each link may fail.

UDP test in proxycap did say it works fine but dunno. I don't really have any linux set up rn, will save that link for the future though seems useful. Anyway, from your reaction my take away is it should work without much effort, with the set up I already done and you probably talking from experience? If you know about any UDP proxy provider you actually tried it with and it worked, please send me PM. Maybe seller is lying/don't know what they talking about, wouldn't be the first time :/

I don't use proxies, I build them. You can send me your proxy in PM, I will test it.

Also browser may cache absence of UDP , so start each test with new Chrome profile. Don't reuse Chrome profiles across tests. No incognito windows as well.

So still can't make it work but thanks to Bers666's kindness managed to confirm the proxy is indeed UDP capable. For now, I'll just write to ProxyCap support. Unless someone has any ideas where I went wrong

socks5 wont works. you need residential proxy service based on VPN protocol. for exmple resvpn.net. it will support UDP

any example that doesn't cost 120usd at minimum?

If you are interested about DIY to build mobile proxy fully support UDP/QUIC, or can make OpenVPN/Wireguard mobile proxies, xproxy.io can help you. DM me to get more information!
