What do you guys think, how are Proxies more beneficial then having a VPN?

Yes, I forgot all about that I'm glad you brought that up. I actually just figured that out today, so I could really change my IP around by using proxy huh?
If I recall right a Socks Proxy is more secure then a HTTP proxy correct?

It's a bit of a much of a muchness. Usually both Socks & HTTP/squid servers have logs. But if you were to purchase a VPN service + use a socks or http full anonymonity proxy they might have a hard time finding your real IP, espeically if you take all neccessary steps cleansing your browser from identifiable information.

Do you know of sites where we can buy proxies? I know there is a section on here, but what do you recommend? I tried the free ones users are listing on here, but they are not working.
