I was using instant proxies but then these fools decided to block Wordpress because they are claiming people were abusing it.

I cannot use instant proxies just for this reason

Do you guys have any other suggestions for cheap affordable proxies that work well with Scrapebox?

Have u checked HMA Proxies ?
havnt used them for last few years, but they were good few years ago
 
Squid Proxies is good if you just need working proxies. I've used Storm as well, and they have some solid Dedicated US Proxies if you need them to be located in the USA (I had trouble finding affordable USA proxies)

how is the consistency of squid ?
 
solidseovps for proxies, if you need rotating proxies you can use stormproxies. just don't think Google is working with them
