Is there anyone selling private or shared proxies that support the CONNECT request?

Some only seem to work for HTTPS and not just generic TCP connections like SOCKS does.

There are many who sell proxies on the internet but some are free ..
If you buy do not forget to ask for guarantees power to transform and sellers ..
But if obtained by force would not be free for long.
