Hello, I need to manage my stealth paypal and stripe accounts. What is the best proxy service and proxy type to use? I used luminati static residential in the past but they have been more strict so I will not use anymore. I am looking at ipburger as they are anonymous and have good reviews. For those of you guys managing stealth accounts, you help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Would you recommend rotating or static residential for managing stealth accounts? Thanks for the advice!
You have to use static IPs, and it depends how do you want to manage them. Personally, I think IPBurger is the best for stealth accounts, it was literally made for that. Regarding 911, I wouldn't use them for accounts, the lifespan of proxies is really limited sometimes and of lot of them are blacklisted.

Thanks! Was using luminati but they're getting strict with paypal, etc and I think they monitor what you're doing. IPburger has been great the last few weeks.

When it comes to managing accounts, no matter where, be it Facebook, Paypal, Pinterest or others, you have to go with static residential proxies. If you IP changes, while you're logged in, this is a huge redflag for the admins or moderators of the site.

This is 100% wrong. Regular users can have their IP change multiple times throughout the day. In fact, it's not normal for the IP to never change and it would be a red flag since only datacenters and some businesses use static IPs.

This is because most home routers use dynamic IPs which changes IP every power cycle. Some 4G routers can even change IP anytime it goes idle which can happen multiple times a day.

Great point, and which proxy service do you recommend that offer these types of proxies that changes

That's some good insights on it. Everyone has been suggesting residential static proxies on this forum.

Do u think 911 proxies with proxies of the same area be a good solution for stealths?

I'd like to see how your accounts go when the IP address changes with each request or every 15 seconds or so. It's not a matter whether the IP changes at all, but rather how frequently it happens.

Residential 4G mobile IPs work pretty well with stealth accounts (US proxies have a higher trust rating so you'd want that location). Curious, by "they have been more strict" - are you referring to any barrings from the proxy provider itself or have you faced any issues within Paypal?
