Proxies Problem

90% of the time i get proxy can't connect to server
I tried to reinstall my windows, changing lan setting, which they were fine anyway and some couple other things and nothing works. This pisses me off a lot, i do have a fast internet connection

Few details. What software you use? What is your LAN settings? Are you behind proxy already? Where did you get proxy list? Did you check proxies before you use them?

Foxyproxy, chrome browser(tried mozzila too), Sometimes they work, kinda
Lan settings : (doesn't let me upload link ) Just Automatic is checked, everything else is clean
I did check this ofc, it worked pretty ok in the beginning, got them from here on bhw shared proxies, used a private one from a friend also and I had issues with that too.

Strange.
If you DO NOT use proxy, what this tool says you about proxy? You still have it?

It's unclear for me. If they work, then why they stop working? If they do not work, what is the error message?

Unable to connect to the proxy servers, that is what it generally says

Maybe, proxies are dead?

There will be problem in your proxy provider.
You have to check your browser working. I think it'll need to update.
