proxies on a good day

most days when i harvest public proxies
for scrape box buyers i average 5-700 working
per run . very rare its above that.
today i did my normal proxie url scrape 15k proxies
as i do every day. ran the proxie test
i was like wtf - 1200 working - no fcking way -

i see that you sell proxies, are they public proxies that are scraped daily? or do you actually harvest your own with a proxy harvesting tool? and are they considered high anonymous
