Hello

I've bought actproxy proxies and 1 gb ram vps from spinvps. I tried setting up one of the proxies on firefox on my vps and it wouldn't work.

This is what it returns with,

"

Same with every other site.
When I turn the sproxies off, net starts working.
Do I have to do something to setup proxies on VPS?
They work fine on my computer, but don't work on VPS.

Do I have to configure them or something?
BTW the VPS is windows 8 server if that's relevant.

are these proxies private proxies? Maybe google recognize these proxies abused for spam and block it.
otherwise, I would follow the advice:

Do your proxies start with 104.xxx.xxx.xx?

Yes these are private proxies. And I don't think that's the case otherwise it wouldn't work on my PC as well. But the proxies do work on my PC, just not on VPS which makes me think I've not set them up properly on my VPS

have u paired your server ip to the proxies?
I'm sorry I don't understand what you're saying.
This is what I did, used proxy switcher addon on firefox and added my proxy in there. Worked on PC, didn't on RDP

proxy switcher addon on firefox? Why you need this? I use mine the regular way in my Browser config

there should be a setting in your proxy supplier admin where you can add the ip of your vps, browse to what is my ip on the vps to get it.

Did you authorize your VPS' IP or something in order for the proxies to grant usage access? Or some proxies also support username+password feature, which allows you to use the proxies by keying in the username+password.
