Proxies needed for tweeting?

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has actual experience using large numbers of accounts just to tweet without using proxies. No following, unfollowing @reply etc. just tweeting, retweeting or possibly DMing safely without using proxies. Please don't say you HAVE to use proxies - I'm looking for people who have done it without using proxies to see what is possible. I have a couple examples of people who have done it and I'm wondering if others have done so succesfully.

I am running 65 accounts for the last week without proxies - tweeting with Tweet Adder 4 & follow back/unfollow with TweetDemon ( only 5 acc at a time). So far everything is fine.

I was using private proxies before that and got fed up with checking/changing it. So just took a risk & it's ok.

IMO if you are tweeting using API like TA4 no need for proxies. You wouldn't use it posting from HootSuite

Yes you can easily use 100-200 accounts easily no issues,
previously before the API 1.1
I used to rotate 300-500 accounts tweeting, Following but dont know they all get banned accidentially
So Know I am using less its my opinion

Both comments are great to hear. I'm managing 65 legitimate accounts w/ no blackhat tactics and hope to be able to simply tweet & retweet without using proxies.

Are you Trying to sell services of Retweets or want to promote website??

I'll be tweeting blog posts from a file or RSS feed.
