the 400 error means that is a bad request, isn't a ban from the nike. The bot of the user is trying to access a malformed url
about the nike bans, nike will ban an proxy/ip/subnet only if is acting like a scrapper, otherwise it can't know that is a proxy. So a proxy doesn't need to be virgin, it just need to not be abused. Also allocating entire subnets just for proxies will make nike to flag those subnets. IP diversity is the key
as you already know, nike.com is not banning/blocking particular ips, they are blocking ips exactly like ticketmaster, if you are going to diversify the prefixes then all the nike.com proxies customers will have to suffer, the key is to provide full prefixes (/24 - 256 ips) to customer and nothing less, they are banning ips based on the arin subnet/prefix allocation, if 1 of the ips is going to get abused then the full prefix like is on arin will be blocked. this being told i wish you good luck with your nike.com proxies diversify
