Proxies for upvote bot

I currently have Private residential rotating proxies for my bot. I have 200k requests. I haven't tried them out yet. My questions are.
1. Are these the right proxies for upvoting bot?
2. With 200k Proxy requests how many accounts can I use to upvote?

Private or 4g either should be OK. that's a lot of requests 200k.

Hii there please don't use proxies these are harmful for account you can use some GPT sites to get bulk upvotes in a cheap rate from different geo.
