For this i think the best for me is to have a static ip. So isp static ip is what i aim for.
But didn't find any proxies provider that can give me what i want.

Ip must look legit, so no datacenter ip must be from real ip adress
Need the ip to be dedicated
Ip must not be in the same subnet or max 2-3 ip from same subnet (i will use around 15-20 ip in total).
No kyc asked, and bank domain not restricted.

I tested some proxie from bhw marketplace and checked a lot of but didnt find anything suitable for me. If u know some proxies or have a better way to bypass sybil detection through proxie let me know. Thanks

For bypassing Sybil detection in crypto airdrops, static residential proxies are a good choice. They look like real IPs and are less likely to be blocked. Providers like Bright Data offer dedicated static residential IPs that can help you avoid detection. Just make sure to avoid using IPs from the same subnet too often to reduce the risk of being flagged

if you can't find a static isp proxy that suits you either go with a mobile one or keep asking for samples and check on IPQS, maxmind + a few other DBs to get a good idea of what websites will think of your IP.

Sybil protection methods go far beyond checking someones IP, for example:
- they flag wallets created in batches
- check on chain wallet activity
- check wallet age
- check wallets your wallet has interacted with
- social proof

A quote from one of the older sybil protection frameworks from 2023 "Sybils automate interactions across their accounts using bots and scripts. This causes their accounts to cluster together as malicious communities"... this is easily identifiable with ML.

Would recommend ISP proxies. Most ISP proxy providers don't have good / fresh ranges, there are only a handful of providers who actually carry fresh / clean ISP ranges because they're hard to source.
When you say "bank domain" - i assume you mean financial institutions ?

How are you using the proxies? Browser based or request based? Most bot detection rely on both access method (browser or user agent) as well as proxy / request ip
