Proxies for SENuke, Account Creation, Blackhat, Etc

I see everyone using all these tools SENuke, XGen, Link Robot, Mailers like Green Eggs, etc and everyone seems to have proxies for them.

My question: Where in the hell is everyone getting them?

I KNOW that everyone isn't paying $200 a month for some proxies. I'm sure a few are, but most people don't.

Am I missing something? There are even guys over in the Philippines that I hire for $2 an hour that have loads of them.

Please help...

Is that where most people get them though?
 
there using public proxies. search for a video about PRSTORM, it has a good explanation on grabbing proxies, that should solve your problems until you can afford something better.
