Proxies for SE Sniper? Click bot

I got my hands on a copy of SE Sniper. Basically it is a program that uses proxies to find your site in google under the keywords you want and clicks it. A friend of mine swears by this method along with traditional SEO. So I tried it with scrapebox proxies... got 0 on analytics test site. Then I tried proxies from the program proxy switcher, and again a big fat 0 on analytics report. Lastly I tried looking in other places who claimed to have L4 proxies and "elite" proxies. But again all returned nothing. I tried them in another program I got here called "fast visits" as well to see if the problem was the program and not the proxies, but I have proven that it is indeed the proxies.

So now in I'm not able to do anything with the programs or test this method. Does anyone here have experience doing this? Are there any places I can rotate proxies daily, whether paid or free I don't care. But if they are paid I don't want to spend a lot!

(for instance I saw a site that had 1 hour changed proxies and was $275.00 a week!)

Ok anyone who replies with a proper solution gets a free copy to use for themselves. That should get some fkn replies to this thread ffs!
