Proxies for Scrapebox

Looking for a bit of advice!

I'm going to buy some private proxies for Scrapebox but don't know if I need 1 or 100! I would describe my use as moderate. I do a bit of research during the day i.e. scraping the competitions backlinks, running blog analyser and then blasting 5000 - 10000 blogs over night.

Can someone recommend how many would be needed for this type of use? and also a provider?
