Not sure what your asking.

If your asking about proxy type, you do not want to use public proxies for contact form posting. Private or shared private are best.

If you must use a rotating proxy provider, ask them if they have any data center based proxies and go with those for posting.

You could try using 4G proxies with rotating IPs - that's kind of the popular choice.

4g is way overkill for scrapebox just stick with shared/private proxies
