Proxies for RSS submissions/Pinging?

Do you guys use proxies when you do mass rss submissions or pinging?

If so, can anyone recommend me a good proxy service they use?

If you don't use proxies such activities probably won't work.

Go into the advanced search put proxy in the search window and check the box in the lower right under Proxies/Proxies for Sale. You will see the list of providers, and see reviews of there services. There are multiple good ones. I recommend private proxies for tools like Scrapebox and xrumer.

How many proxies do you need typically? I know it varies by person/task but when would you need 10 proxies vs when would you need 50?

Or just 2?
