It depends on the IP advertised to quora.
You can get either 5 datacenter IPs (and each account will use/advertise a different IP on quora) or you can get a rotating proxy (and use your quora account in between the proxy rotation: eg if the proxy rotates at 30 min, in the first half hour you use one account then you wait the proxy to rotate and then you use another account after the IP rotation and so on).

The golden rule is 1IP for 1account, but Quora is quite lax on their rules in this regard, so I'd say you should be fine.

Yeah, residential proxies would be great idea for such task. Since the market is full of those, you can easily find the best solution for yourself, but when we talk about quality and price, if I were you, I would go with Smartproxy, Netnut or GeoSurf - best ratio with what you get and what you pay.

Keep your account safe and use 1Proxy=1account , also don't spam with your account and don't give them footprints.
