What works for paypal? Obviously shared or known proxies don't work. But do private proxies work? What's your experience?

The only way they can know the private proxy is a proxy (if the headers are properly adjusted) is via checking all the ports and seeing if there is a response, but if you set up the proxy so that ports don't respond like a server, and that the proxy only works from your ip address, then it should be undetectable right?

Depends on the hostname and location, almost all proxy types can be detected by a human review.

Paypal is one of those places where you are reviewed by a human sooner or later.

The hostname maybe even the hosting location will be part of the review, so if they can see that you are obviously behind a proxy or hosted server they most likely will limit your account.
But you might also be able to operate a longer time, as long as no one gives your account a detailed look.

I have proxies for rent here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/proxies-sale/50203-exclusive-proxy-servers-exclusive-u-s-proxies.html#post483576

I just tested one and was able to connect to paypal perfectly.

The problem is not connecting to paypal, every proxy in this world can do that.
The problem is that paypal is about real money, there are real people looking at the IPs.

Your proxy will not survive such a check and raise flags.
Maybe they can even automatically see it#s a proxy without hostname analysis as the geoip database can be used to learn about the location of an IP. Don't know if paypal is using that, most likely they simply trust in the eyes of their staff instead.

I am pretty sure not every proxy in this world can connect to paypal. Many proxies are blacklisted by paypal. Especially dangerous are proxies from large free lists. Even lists that are "paid" can still be just recycled proxies. Imagine getting a recycled proxy that was used to hack a paypal account and you use it again to log into paypal? It is true that at paypal real people are looking at the ip's. So, your best bet is going with an Elite proxy (Elite meaning nobody has ever used that ip address as a proxy before) with high anonymity.

That's the kind of proxy I provide. Elite high anonymity private high speed proxies. I build these proxies just for you and nobody else is using them. Check them out http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/proxies-sale/50203-exclusive-proxy-servers-exclusive-u-s-proxies.html#post483576.

It is definately better that you make your own exclusive proxies. It is only $1 each that way!

how do you make your own proxies?

You setup your own proxy server. That is basically what all the proxy IP resellers do, get a lot of IPs in bulk and cheap and resell for a profit.

I've used TOR and hotspot shield on paypal to create multiple accounts and no problems as of now..

Or you could get a dedicated VPN of the country that you wish to create the account.

No dedicated proxy solution on a high bandwidth server is good for papyal, I already explained why.
A VPN, a private proxy, a own proxy server through SSH or similar.. all of that has a very high risk of getting your paypal account limited.
Most likely they will wait until you have some cash on it, they like to freeze accounts with cash on it.

you need socks4/5 proxy and the program SocksCap.Just insert the socket in sockscap and run internet explorer or mozilla what browser you use with this program and you do not have problems.

buy cheap vps with few ips, they install 3proxy from 3proxy.ru/download/
nothing can be easier. proxy is started ./proxy -a -d or ./socks -a -d whatever u prefer to use, keep in mind socks is never ever passes your IP (there is no such thing as headers in socks protocol).
and yes buy vps in whatever country you want.

But the bottom line is this:

If you use a server for the proxy then they can know that it is a proxy if the person is researching and looking into that IP address. This is because of the speed of connection and the name of the hosting account. There are other reasons too such as headers and ports being used, but you can correct these other problems, but you can't correct the speed of connection, and difficult to get a host that has a name that would look like it's an isp.

If you want it to be completely undetectable that you are using a proxy you have to use a proxy that goes through an isp and not a server.

You can't use Tor, that's easy to detect.

Sure you might be able to use servers or tor for certain things, but at the end of the day it is detectable

do not use proxy when you login in paypal
