Proxies for making TONS email accts

Ok... so I got myself a kickass app to make a ton of hotmail accounts... I want to make like 10k-20k a day. How the hell am I going to get enough proxies to be able to do that? any idea how many I would even need? I did a little test run with 100 shared proxies from a well known provider... At first they worked great, but it made a total of 177 accounts before it started saying my ip's had been blocked... I mean thats not even 2 accounts per IP! I'm tired of paying $130 to $160 every day! I can buy 1000 shared proxies for $500 a month, but even then (using the formula that would only be able to produce maybe 1700 per day... There has to be a better easier way... The guys I buy from are making like 100k a day some of these guys, so whats the deal... I want to be able to make a 10th of that, and it HAS to be cheaper than buying accounts somehow or these guys wouldn't be making any money... anybody got any solutions?
