Proxies for Linkedin Question

I am purchasing an aged LinkedIn acc to do some outreach and have read that its best to get a proxy to ensure the account does not get banned.

I have read up on the different proxies but all these websites are confusing me a little so just wanted some basic proxy help.

Do i just need to buy 1 proxy for the 1 account that i can always use as a lot of offers i see are for hundreds of proxies so don't know how many i need.
