Proxies for jarvee

Hey guys,
I just found a proxy provider that offers "cisco", "open vpn", "super kerio", "L2tp", "pptp" and "ikev2". I dont know what these things mean only to know these are protocol while i dont know what protocol is.
I wonder if this is the thing i can use for jarvee and my accounts wont get flagged. I also want to use one proxy for each account cus its price is super low and i can handle buying for 150 accounts.
Please advice

Any advice is appriciated folk. Pls tell me if these proxies are okay or not
