I am starting account management service and doing everything manually. I have client from US and I am from third world country. Do I need to use proxy when accessing client's account? If yes which proxy would be better? 4g or residential?

yes you should and go for 4G ones if you want to be safer and budget its not a problem.

Can I use 4g proxy of any location or I need to use proxy of client's nearby location?

You can use any locations 4G Proxy.

Any location will do the work, if you want to look 100% natural use the same location as your client has been using in the past.

Yeah dont hop on blacklisted IP. You could use home ip I think so....Unless its flagged,home IP is ok too..But if you both use IG from different part of the world maybe you should try high quality proxy of his country/state. But I mean there is no limitation to location,maybe your billionaire who has a rocket and flies every half day between those places
